Vega Plast was established in 2020 with the aim of producing high quality plastic lotion and trigger pumps for our partners operating in the personal care, cosmetics, and health and beauty sectors. As a result of the R&D studies that started in 2019, we completed our investments in high-tech automation assembly and injection machine park. Our company, which serves with its young and dynamic founding staff as well as its team of experienced professionals, continues its investments based on the market needs.
Our company is a manufacturer that produces Lotion and Liquid Soap Dispenser Pumps and Bottle Caps with automation assembly machine without human touch. We are committed to providing high quality products to our valued customers with our R&D line, injection line, high-tech automation assembly and quality control line. Our fully automatic automation assembly line, that we use, carries out all quality controls from the first stage of the product to the last stage without human touch, such as sealing, locking, pressure, missing and final control. Since our automation assembly system does not complete the assembly of faulty products and scraps them, only our products that pass all these stages successfully can be delivered to our valued customers.
As Vega Plastik, we can make different molds and product designs according to the needs of our customers, as well as manufacture in different colors and sizes. At the same time, our R&D studies and investments in the Trigger Sprayer production line continue. We aim to present this product to our valued customers in the short term.
